The FRD is a compact, high-performance flash reduction device with a 1.25" diameter, making it compatible with most 1.3" ID handguards. Its two-piece design allows for easy installation and maintenance, while interchangeable flash cones accommodate multiple calibers. A built-in taper lock prevents carbon buildup, and integrated suppressor wrench features ensure effortless assembly and disassembly.
Crafted from 17-4 PH stainless steel with a QPQ black nitride finish, the FRD is built for durability. With an overall length of just over 3 inches, it delivers reduced flash, improved accuracy, and increased reliability—perfect for any build.

The FRD Flash Cone is available in three caliber-specific options. Using a flash cone that matches your specific caliber will yield the best results in regards to flash mitigation. Our 7.62 and 5.56 flash cones will be marked on the face of the cone for easy identification.
